The Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR) has released the 2010 first quarter real estate statistics. I have highlighted below area towns and their recent statistics.
 
 
The first chart contains detailed data on single family (SF) home sales, average days on market, and inventory levels, both for the most recent quarter and the same three-month period one year ago. The second chart contains the same detailed stats for condominiums (CC) Enjoy!
